Hello!
These presentations are usually a place for "Jaime has a license in Administration and Business Management with a master in..."
To be honest, these presentations seem boring and useless for me.
And, you can see all of that on LinkedIn if you want.
That's why, I wanted to use this space to tell you a bit more about me.
The idea is for you to know more about our mentality, so you know who you're working with, in case you're interested.
I am not my company. But I try to pour my personality into the spirit of the company I founded and into everyone who works at EMPATIZA2.
So here it goes.
I'll tell you my story...
I am the type of person who would love to have a 100 lives.
But I need to be realistic.
So, in this life, and since forever, I've always liked many things.
And I get passionate about them.
- Some of the passions come from since I was a child: play football, eat (everything but mostly the croquetas), Robin Hood, Peter Pan, Baloo...
- Other passions are more recent; yoga, travel, talk many languages...
Both lists (mostly the second one) could be way longer. But I don't want you to get bored.
However, on the profesionnal side of things (which might be what you're most interested in right now),there are two things I truly enjoy.
And both belong also to my personal life:
- People.
- And businesses.
That’s why I combine my two passions by doing two activities where I believe they come together the most professionally:
- Design and deliver corporate trainings.
- Recruit mid-level managers and executives.
